Use it or lose it- guy at counter very helpful and polite and where else can you get your prescription at 10 at night....but CLOSING DOWN IN MAY????!

I can never get through to them to check if the medication has arrived. No one picks up the phone at any point of the day. The medication is never ready, even for a vulnerable, old patient's. It's appalling. And the customer is non-existent. They've been understaffed for ages. They could at least notify their patients that they won't get their medication on time.

They don't pick up the phone calls and for over 5 months they still haven't got bandages. Imagine when you bleed and the pharmacy doesn't have bandages... They also don't have many medication and the staff is just hiding somewhere most of the time. Such a space waste
