From our first call right through to the conclusion of the funeral the team from Dunphy were compassionate, empathetic and professional. At no time did we feel pressured into "upgrading" the funeral package or to buy more services from them. We wanted a simple basic funeral which they delivered faultlessly. The celebrant they recommended was superb and spend a great deal of time listening to stories and crafting the eulogy. We cannot speak highly enough of this local family firm.

Sue was a God sent for us who helped us with my Dad funeral. She was very caring and understanding Sue made myself and sister very comfortable and relax. From the very first phone call,wewas made to feel at ease by a woman l later got to know as Sue.Who took her time to show us through the process of what was required to lay my mum to rest.which was completly alien to us,never having arranged a funeral before ..Sue was very sensitive and empathic Sue simplified ehe whole process from start to Finnish.she was always available on the end of the phone.which is what we needed Sue took care of all the bits that felt complicated.arranging meeting with church.sorti g out printing.veiwings and more The funeral service and cremation went off without any complications.we cant thank Sue enough for all her help and to William Dumphy.
