        I came to see Karim last min on my way to a hotel for the weekend with an urgent request to take up some trousers. He was absolutely brilliant. He was very professional and friendly and kindly sorted me out even though he was clearly busy. Would definitely recommend him.

        I had a camera backpack with one of the strap seams coming undone. Karim fixed it (which wasn't easy because of the position of the seam) and it's as good as new! Saved me a lot of money and means one less thing in the landfill. Very friendly, prompt and professional service. Highly recommended.
