Not been a little while and today was hugely disappointed car not cleaned properly dirt left on floor along with rubbish boot not hoovered went to ask why she said I'll do it not the lady that first cleaned then asked why I was charged 18 when it's 15 she said because it was dirty but didn't feel the need to tell me even taking payment I said I was unhappy and she was very very rude said she didn't care walked away when I was talking now I was not the only person that had been over charged she had a arrangement with 2 other people while I was stood there not really the way to deal with people....
