    Ive been attending circuit training with Stuart for 6 months now and throughout that time Ive never done the same session twice. They vary every session. Stuart plans sessions that are challenging and engaging and since Ive been attending Ive developed my strength and endurance. The amount of kit he has is immense and there is absolutely something for everyone. I highly recommend him. Hes professional, creative and gets results for all his clients.

I consider myself physically fit and enjoy attending group fitness classes, but the 1 to 1 sessions provide a whole new dimension.
