Gary Phillips Flooring

I had arranged with Gary to measure up my floors and fit my laminate and carpet for the whole house as it was a newbuild. It was constantly a battle trying to contact him and get a response. Took over a week to finally get the measurements so I could buy the flooring after he took them and promised several times to give them to me on earlier dates. Never bothered to message me again about fitting them so I found someone new who got them sorted quickly. The measurements were wrong so I ended up with a lot more laminate than needed. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.

I've given 2 stars because the work was fine when someone finally turned up. But agreed to come last Thursday, didn't let me know that they wouldn't be coming until I chased by phone. Wasted 2 and a half days waiting in for them, no communication unless I rang, no reply to texts. Absolutely unprofessional.

Just had Gary here putting new carpets down throughout the house. He and his assistant were quick, friendly and very professional, I'd recommend them to anyone!

We had carpets fitted yesterday to our dining room , hallway , stairs and landing. Gary and his little helper Kyle were punctual and professional with a good job well done.
