I must say, that this whole practise is super and I never get the 'dreaded' feeling associated with going to the dentist, since coming here. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, however, Ellie Macintosh, the Dental Hygienist is by far, the most wonderful, helpful, kind, caring and informative professional that I have ever come across. She is also incredibly thorough, My teeth have never felt so clean!! Over the moon that my confidence grows with every visit to this practise. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you all so very much!

My daughter required 4 fillings, she was booked in appointments with Ellie and for the first 2 coped well without an injection and was explained everything every step of the way taking it at her time. For the 2nd 2 she required injections this was a traumatic experience for us all and took a lot of patience but after a long 30 mins she finally agreed. I cannot that both Robyn and Lindsey enough for both being amazing with her and even going through it them selves to put her mind at ease. We cannot thank Ellie, Robyn & Lindsey enough for their kind and caring nature.

I have always found the staff at the practice really good. Chrissy on reception is always cheerful and helpful and the dentists are equally good.

Had some bad experiences with admin side with all my appts being delayed or cancelled by mydentist in the past (which has improved) and you do get a terrible wait time if nhs patient (I suspect this is across a lot of dentists so I cant blame them entirely), however the staff are always polite and happy. I see Aderonke and becci who are professional, fast but without rushing and do a great job
