        Rude staff, don't bother stopping here. If you are not willing for people to use your toilets, take the sign down that advertises them!! Really poor.

        Disgraceful staff the gentleman let a disabled person use the toilet then I said I will use it after person finishes, the male staff told me im not letting you use toilet even tho I told him I was disabled. I had to go to car and get badge he still wasnt happy about it, I also showed staff I have I JUST CANT WAIT CARD because bowel problems even then reluctantly the lady let me use it. I asked for an apology the way I was spoken and treated the man was awful and downright rude. All I wanted to do was use the toilet and buy some goods and left there feeling humiliated
