On way to our annual service we had to drive through a stream of claggy mud clumps on the road left by a considerate tractor driver. The front of the van was covered in lumps of mud. We apologised for the mess but in a flash, one of the staff was out with a bucket of soapy water and a brush to clean it off. He then rinsed it down, well done sir! That's customer service for you. Very caring and very helpful service from all the staff on the day. Thankyou.

We are first time tourer owners. The care and attention given by Mark at Cotswold Edge Leisure was outstanding, from our initial enquiry to the collection of our new Bailey just over a week ago. Mark was thoroughly professional at all times and always so helpful; he ensured that we were able to make the right choice for us, without any hard sell, and answered our multitude of questions with patience. We were impressed by his thorough hand over too, and the technical staff were on hand to sort a minor vehicle towbar issue without any fuss when we collected the Bailey. No 'niggles' noticed as yet! We would highly recommend the company.

Great service. We bought a Lunar Quasar Caravan. Scott explained everything and made sure we understood as we are first time caravaners. Looking forward to using our new to us caravan.
