It saddens me to have to write such a review. After being a loyal client for many years, I sadly decided to move all my business out of Jayhawk. They were in charge of our house move last year and in the process broke a substantial amount of pieces, some of them very valuable. It became clear in the course of the week of work I did with the technicians that the head office was squeezing the number of guys working to maximise their profit on the job. The result being overworked handlers that make mistakes as they are spread too thin and have to achieve an impossible amount of work in a much reduced amount of time. Breaking to the point of no repair some heirlooms that were very precious to me and collectible pieces.
