Southwark Park Road Post Office

Awful awful -as others have said! I went to collect my parcel today, which said it was delivered yesterday but its nowhere to be found? Woman was very rude and had no solution so where is my parcel??? Update: I spoke to Royal Mail tracking as the woman never got back to me. My parcel arrived here, then 20 mins later was processed to be returned to sender? So has been scanned and potentially returned to Leeds MC. Who knows whether this is just poor service or something worse Ill never use this post office again

Very very poor customer service. The attitude is so rude no manners whatsoever. Need to be sent for training to learn how to be respectful, polite and helpful. Also WHY are parcels kept outside in a cage instead of taken in.

There was an issue with both staff members there they both decided to not server any one. The woman stayed behind the counter tasking and the man went to have his lunch whilst there was a large queue. It was crazy to watch and experience the woman was verbally abusive. The people in the community was disregarded like they were nothing. I did not receive the value of the stamps on my parcel for postage and guess what the parcel I sent that day was never delivered. I had no tracking or reference number which they did on purpose. The post office makes it very difficult to make a formal complaint which I did and was assured it was going to be forwarded to the area manager. They must be really struggling for staff never in my life have I seen anything like this. Keep writing your reviews if this continues it will need to go to the local council to do something. The staff needs to be a addressed its been an on going issue with the overall service and attitude of the staff there. Serious action needs to be taken.
