        Received a fantastic service from Gus last week (was friendly, patient & gave clear instruction/explanation). A vast comparison to previous experiences at other opticians. The reception staff also displayed brilliant service etiquette that made for a warm welcome. Definitely recommend.

        The Hippocratic oath has a line that "there is art to medicine as well as science" and both are well-practiced here: I was very well cared for. I guess the poor reviews sometimes sometimes tell you more about the person leaving them than the establishment.

        Had my frame's screw come loose and really needed it fixed as I had no spare - the lady was super sweet and fixed it in just a few mins. Super nice service !
