Best One Shipping Lmt

One of the guys was really nice, the other one (the Ghanaian) was rude, unfriendly and just complained because we didn't sellotape the boxes. And with my experience I have never had a shipping company say that that's what I need to do as a customer, neither was it said to me over the phone when the lady was giving me instructions on what I need to prep before the drivers come to pick the boxes up. Even if that was the case, a one off is not a big deal. (It was just me and my sister and we're women). I called the office to complain, and they didn't care. I didn't get an update on the whereabouts of my shipping, just told wait for 6 weeks. When I tried to call one more time for an update, again I was just told wait until 6 weeks. I contacted the person picking it up for me and they had picked it up already after 5 weeks. Meaning the head office (woman) didn't bother checking and as always nonchalant. My first and last time using them.

They are very rude including the drivers who call and talk to you as if they are doing you a favour. I just had an issue with them,told them I work on weekdays from 8-5 so if they could bring to me before 8 in the morning or after 5pm,they told me they start work at 10 and close at 4:30pm and I further asked if they could deliver on weekends since that's the only time I will be home but they went on to tell me they might not be able to deliver if they are not coming to my side. Does it mean i have to stay at home to wait for them or what? Their customer service is very poor. If they know they can't deliver at my door then they should have told us to pick it up ourselves...I'm so disappointed in their service honesty

staff are very rude and useless lady picked up the phone and stared asking stupid question then she put me on hold for over 20 mins when I called back she was totaling confessed and people were just shouting and laugh at the background. This is not how you run a business poor customer service and poor service, I am happy that I didn't go ahead with my shipping. This is why black business does not succeed because of poor customer service skills.

I sent two boxes to different locations to Ghana . One has arrived and the other one was held London . This is poor customer service . I will not use thier services again .
