Carpetright

Went in store, picked the flooring I wanted. Gave estimated measurements. Guy came and did measurements over a week ago. I've heard nothing since for the full price. I tried calling the store and no one answered the phone. How do i get my flooring sorted? Maybe somewhere else. Spending over 2000 and taking this long to get the price sent.

The manager there Dubin his name is an absolute diamond of a bloke. Sorted me and my Mrs out a wicked deal and went above and beyond for us. Would 1 million percent recommend this store, all the staff in there are so polite and professional. Dubin brother if you see this keep up the great work mate

I went to this store and there was a girl working there called Sara, honestly i like the way she works especially at her age, a girl her age to be working like this, so profesional its not easy and not anyone can do it but shes smashing it. I really like her and i felt comfortable with her, her service was outstanding 10/10 id really recommend, she was smiling all the time and she was very bubbly shes also very respectful, thank you so much for your service Sara I hope we see more outstanding workers like you everywhere.

William had absolutely amazing service, went above and beyond to meet our requirements. Even injured himself mid sale and still carried on like a trooper! Give his a raise or at the bare minimum a bonus!
