Turnt up today at 4p to collect my stuff the place was close shutters down no lights on suppose to be open till 5pm! I'm not a happy bunny so 2 stars

All and all handy good service and worker friendly to all i always see great team workers too. Only issue recently got back my two items and one seem too glitchy when its brand new and was working fine then brought it back and since back in my care possession. All slow, glitchy, over heated and freezes toooo often. Will bring down to ask and see how this has happen I call my network provider to see like the background check was the problem with all connecting to all other gadgets, but the phone call I made cut half way checking my wifi network call me back saying sorry that cut but are end all seem fine.

Bought silver bracelet year and a half ago very pricey at 60 Took it to be cleaned and it was brass with silver plate on top I havnt got receipt so cant take it back and if I had receipt I still wouldn't take it back as members of staff seem to be quite aggressive and have attitude Eager to sell it to me as two staff dealt with me at once I would avoid this shop And very very overpriced Avoid man with beard and tattoos he shouldn't deal with general public Was expecting denial and self propaganda from captain pawn reply Please general public avoid this place as you will have a bad experience Shop will fold I've no other reason for my negative review other than losing 60 Where was the offer of: Were a reputable company so come back and we can see if we remember the bracelet (It is distinctive) and help you out if we can? Because we want our name and Integrity to be worth more than 60 Best 60 I've ever lost because this review will cost far more Just letting customers know that hardly anyone goes in this shop because of attitude of staff and rip of prices Still got my fake silver bracelet and lost 60 This shop must be supported by other branches because it makes no money Its empty all the time and im sure reviews are done by friends or staff because i cant see one person there everytime i go past Please owner Sack your staff and shut down!!

A place to avoid! Was not impressed with the customer service and expressed that the customer service is disgusting only to be screamed at from across the store and threatened with the police... Currently waiting for police to arrive. Staff need customer and conflict training. Clearly learning on the job leads managers to verbally assualt customer whom have a complaint to make.
