        The Blue Market has been a community hub for decades and it has been transformed in the last few years with improvement to Market Place, the pedestrianised square where it is located. A brand new clock tower, better green spaces and new wooden fixed canopies to provide shelter for traders. The market has regular traders such as the fishmonger, different types of street hot food including Colombian, Japanese, Caribbean and tasty bagels as well as guest traders with fashion, food produce, jewellery and more. Under the management of Big Local Works, the market has taken an emphasis in its role as a community market in South Bermondsey with regular monthly events and family activities.
