    The team over at Crossfit Bermondsey are great! The coaches always take care of the group when training and push us to be stronger and better! Have seen a great improvement in my fitness since I started. Also the team spirit and feel of community makes training at Crossfit Bermondsey even more fun!

    I joined CrossFit Bermondsey in January 2023. I had never done CrossFit before and I was nervous as I thought the workouts would be too hard for me but I was wrong. I did one-to-one sessions with Nick who was great at helping me build technique on strength movements before joining group classes and had regular check ins with me over a period of 12 weeks. All coaches are so friendly and helpful during classes. They would always correct your form if needed and they really care about your goals. The workouts are always fun and the community is so supportive. Ive never seen results so quickly! I absolutely love it!

    Have been going to Crossfit Bermondsey for three months now and have already seen a lot of strength progress. Workouts are challenging and fun. Great for goal orientated people as it's really easy to track your progress with the accompanying app, monthly assessments & check-ins with trainers. I was a strength training newbie before joining but everyone is very friendly and welcoming and the workouts have options for every fitness level so no need to be intimidated for your first session!

    I joined CrossFit Bermondsey in September last year (after putting it off for a while), and I honestly wish I'd joined sooner! Everyone is super welcoming and the coaches are all amazing! Each class is scaled so everyone gets the best workout for them and nothing felt intimidating being new to CrossFit. In addition to the classes, they also regularly run courses to enhance your training. I recently did the nutrition course with Amy and cannot recommend it enough! We started with a 1 to 1 session to set some goals/make a plan, had 6 weeks of small group sessions to help make some sustainable changes and build good habits, and then had a 1 to 1 goal review at the end. The course made a huge difference to my energy levels and recovery, and has made it possible for me to increase how often I train. Overall, I can't recommend CrossFit Bermondsey enough!
