        I came to pick up some cables earlier in the Bermondsey branch and the person that served me (Michael) was so helpful that I thought that he was archangel Michael himself. What a wonderful personality and friendly person you have working with you. Make him a manager!!! He was very helpful. Will be coming back. 10/10

        Very busy and seemed a bit slow. In fairness to the staff there were about 6 customers at the time and 2 staff serving. Not helped as had only been opened about 15 minutes and one customer being served, there was a problem with his order / collection.

        amazing establishment to buy all my electrical appliances, some staff was a tad bit back handed with there attitude but felt very calm with the guy in the front of the store I believe his name was Rakim or something of the sort. He was just amazing and made me feel less off a bother. As an elderly woman myself I forget what I need and he was just an amazing chap in answering my questions. I would love to see more rakim in there, until theN cheers TLC
