I got quotes from several hire companies and Minster where by far the cheapest. Drove the van away from their Middlesbrough office within 5 minutes of arriving there. First Class Service. Keep up the good work guys.

I submit my review as a regular and satisfied customer over at the last three years. My initial contact with Minister was dealt with by Lisa , and subsequently ,shes has been so helpful and always demonstrates excellent customer service . This accolade applies to Zoe also. The staff at South Bank are brilliant and consistently make my contact with them smooth and efficient . They have always looked after me and made it enjoyable . Whether its collecting or dropping off , the level of friendliness and courtesy remains to a high standard . I have used other car hire companies during the last ten years , however Minister South Bank top the lot . Thank you to all the amazing staff .
