Fantastic place with great cars and amazing people. Tristan and Terry are relaxed with no pressure, making the buying experience enjoyable. Great deal on my new car, which was prepared to the highest of standards and immaculate. Thank you so much once again for all of your help!

Firstly I want to start on a positive, Tristan is very friendly. He picked me up from the train station when I arrived to collect the car ( I arrived at the wrong station further away and he still collected me). The car was clean and in good condition. When I was driving the car back it broke down half way home (engine light showing) however I restarted the car and got it home, it then appeared to be working okay but the engine light was still showing, as you could imagine I wasnt concerned and dont want to travel from essex back to the garage for the engine light. Then the car kept going through stages of not starting, I took it to the garage and it had issues with the starter motor and the alternator which was overcharging (mechanic used was a friend whom is trustworthy). There was also another issue which I cant recollect. The car seemed to be okay however the warning light would only switch off for a short period of time then re appear. I then took it to an auto electrician that told me there was an ecu fault and he believed it had been temporarily switched off but this is why once I drove the car home it broke down on the way and the light reappeared. Due to the the car having the engine in the back and being awkward to work with the mechanic work can take longer in terms of maintenance/labour which has cost quite a lot so far. As you can imagine when you buy a car you dont expect these issues and shouldnt feel like you need to bring it back for repairs, we have busy jobs and minimal time and this has had an impact also on commuting and travel arrangements . Also when the car was having repairs I was informed if previous maintenance work they was carried out was to a very poor standard however I cant be sure to say who carried this work out but Ive still ended up buying a car with these issues. The car today still has the light on and again another episode where it will not start. The car is completely useless.
