A top quality dealer. Im a critical old whatsit but I cant fault Draytons. The car is in good condition and the price was right but thats just what you hope for with any dealer. The courtesy of the very well-informed staff and the lack of pressure were what transformed a stressful experience (my previous car having been written through no fault of mine) into a pleasure.

Draytons Draytons! How should I describe this firm. Should I say they are beyond your expectation, or they go an extra mile to carry out their duty of care, as opposed to Act of Omission. I found a lovely car on their website -phoned to make enquiries about it-Mr Joe of Draytons picked up--- and tried his possible best to understand my complicated needs or situation. Joe Basically helped from the inception of this transaction to the end .... Gave me a bottle of bubbles...He has answered all my queries post purchase. Very clear and concise--Honesty and openness is in their DNA. I will continue to contact this company in the future and recommend them to friends|family | Colleagues.
