My elderly parents used this service all during the pandemic and they were great. The majority of drivers being super kind and helpful. However since the beginning of this year, the service has become utterly unreliable. I know my mum has missed appointments because they couldn't allocate drivers. However they leave it to the last minute to tell you this. Most pensioners and disabled people like my parents can't afford cabs, so the subsidised scheme was such a help. Not anymore though, because you just can't rely on them turning up.

hi the company its very bad ,i lost my appointment today ,the driver come 2h after my booking ,i talked to manager their very rude, i will not be coming back to this service the companies name is comcab feedback 0 do not recommend

i have a wheelchair and cant take many cabs due to how big my wheelchair is we had to wait for 2 hours for thr cab even after school rush was over and we ended up late to our appointment its an absolute joke as to how consistent they are woth arriving late
