What a nightmare ordering! Ordered through their new website on the 22nd and 24th November. Order was accepted, but no confirmation email and NO FOOD DELIVERED. They collected the money for both orders. I raised the issue with the banks who refunded the money. 6 days later I get a text and an email from Bug Gun to say that my order has been cancelled. The food, should you be lucky enough to get it delivered to you, is great. Big Gun, you have lost a customer!
