        Shoddy workmanship - this company is unprofessional. One star because zero isnt an option available. Avoid

        I have brickwork that has fallen out around a doorway. One of their maintenance people came, sauntered in looking at his phone, ummed and ahed and clearly didn't have a clue. Said would report issue and someone would come and fix. 2 months later someone finally turned up, ummed and ahed, said going to get some bricks. I says, why no bricks when someone has already been and reported what is needed? He says, have to phone office to authorise. Disappears. Yay he came back, much to my surprise, and is very pleasant. 5* for operative but not for company as this serious problem should have been repaired on 1st visit.

        Mixed bag. Pretty expensive compared to others. Had a nice bloke who used to do the service but depends who they send you for repairs. No longer use them.
