        Ive been working out with Stu for five months now and it has made a huge difference to health and general wellbeing. I have all sorts of previous injuries and niggles and he is able to respond with specific work to keep me going. He is streets ahead of any other PT I have had before (not surprising as he is very well qualified). A god-send!

No one session is the same and there is flexibility, through open dialogue between athlete and trainer, every time to optimise time spent together. Top notch and would recommend to any athlete from amateur to international level.
