        Awful user experience. Couldn't get a timely appointment. When I did, it was a telephone consultation the GP didn't turn up to--and I wasn't told they weren't turning up. Stressful, unhelpful, and time-wasting. Do not recommend.

        Worst ever unprofessional staff takes hours to connect call and the worst thing is 10 minutes slot only to book an appointment and call is not answered once its connected they sad no appointment for today horrible

        Friendly staff and great service. Nice little health centre. Hardly busy and lots of seats available. Paid parking available on street.

        I'm genuinely flabbergasted at how good the service is here compared to my last GP surgery. The receptionists are refreshingly friendly, amicable and incredibly helpful.
