I was very ill for the past two weeks but I called on last week Tuesday 11/04/2023 and I spoke to dr Patel. Hes advice nearly killed me because I was infected and I had chest infection and I was bringing up dark phlegm so much that I fill four Asda bags and using three box of tissues. Hes advice was to fight it and your body, should fight it. I have asthma and my lungs were soo weak and I was coughing a lot. I am very disappointed and very upset. I wish I never spoken to him.

Arrived early for diabetic retinopathy appointment, was greeted by friendly receptionist, who gave me clear directions to my waiting area. I was called, screened, and tested efficiently, professionally and outcomes explained ..i.e results would be sent to my GP and myself after photographs taken were examined further. An information on the eye drops I had been given was very helpful . I am sorry I did not write my examiners name down, as she introduced herself. All in all a very good appointment, in what is obviously, a very large and busy surgery. It is local to me and I hope all of my future retinopathy appointments will be here.

Too bad...!! I am registered somewhere else and I visited this practice I had a chest pain and I was short of breath...The two ladies receptionists where chatting to each other for a while before they could notice my presence..! Then I was told that I had to be registered..! What shocked me is that I read a review to some lady saying that she was seen and everyone was nice...! I am afraid that wasn't the case with me...!!

Thank you Roderick for your kind words emailed to us and agreeing to have it on our google reviews A brief thank you for the fantastic care, promptness and skilled attention I received during my emergency appointment yesterday at the surgery. I was bowled over by the standard of treatment, how quickly my blood samples were sorted and how speedily a hospital appointment was arranged and medication prescribed. Wow! Particular and grateful thanks to Dr Newth. Should anyone dare to bellyache about the standard of treatment from either the medical or non-medical staff at Crown St, kindly refer them to me!! Repeated grateful thanks,
