Just had my second order from Twist & Loop fitted. They are a great local firm. Flexible on installation times and do exactly what they promise at a good price. Would recommend.

Veronica was so patient and helpful and went to extraordinary lengths to make sure we got the right carpet for our home. She was communicative, friendly, and thoughtful every step of the way. We will definitely return to Twist and Loop in future - amazing customer service and beautiful quality carpets!

T&L recently supplied and installed two bedroom carpets for us. The whole process was very professional. They were helpful and responsive to all our queries and did a very good job on the carpet laying. We are delighted with their service and the result looks great.

I would recommend Twist & Loop as they provide a professional and friendly service. They offer a vast range of carpets; are very helpful and knowledgable when guiding you through the selection process. The fitters did a brilliant job and took great care of our property while fitting the stair runner. A few months after fitting our carpets our puppy chewed some of the recently fitted stair runner. We contacted the Twist & Loop team and they couldn't have been more helpful. Booking a return visit to our home and refitting a replacement section at no additional cost.
