Its now nearly 3 years that I can not get any support from them. I can write a book about this. All I can say is I confirm all the reviews written by people who has given 1 star. I told my GP and they clearly said this is not new. Unblievable. Read the quality care commission report on them. I have raised serious concern about them to quality care commission and in a process of making official complaint to NHS thrugh voice ability advocay, a free service. I recoment others also make compliants through Voice ability advocacy team. Maybe something happens or we all get referred somewhere we can actually get the support and treatments we desparatly need. Please lests stop suffering in silence and make complaints about this service. This is serious.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They dont stick by NICE guidelines and dont respond correctly to complaints. It is an utter shambles. The team are absolutely incompetent and will take your mental health as a joke.

Absolutely disgusting. The admin/reception staff are extremely rude and disrespectful, they torment and goad patients. The Drs and Duty staff are liars, dont listen and dont complete the standard things are part of their Job Role. They dont help you, and make things worse but also wont discharge you because you need help.. but they dont provide any, and drive you to the point of feeling suicidal

They have not followed up with me, they have not even been taking proper notes! I strongly advise ALL people using their service or who are struggling to understand why nobody will help them to request to see ALL OF YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS! You will find that they are not doing their jobs at all, they are just passing people around, paraphrasing them and at times even telling lies and entirely missing out information. Basically they dont see you as a person rather a workload and will do whatever it takes t get the workload off of their desk as quickly and as efficiently as possible with NO regard whatsoever to your mental health. They have failed to record any times of crisis I have been through whilst under them, they have gaslit me and told me about waiting lists for services which never arrive even after years, they have made me feel bad about my mental health and destroyed the last bit of trust I had in the NHS. I have had a suicide attempt whilst under their care, its not in the system, I have experienced racism from one staff member and nobody has followed it up, I was harassed and in a state of crisis for about a year at one point... its not in their system even though myself and advocates have chased them up. They treat you like you are lying in order to gaslight you and not have to do their jobs. They do not treat people like human beings rather just workloads and if you complain they will aim to cover it up, never disciplining staff pr giving the workshops on how to treat people. I do not believe that the staff here have any clue whatsoever what to do to help me with my mental health, they dont seem to understand any mental health issues other than depression and thanks to them I will go back to pretending to be fine wherever I can and trying to hide my issues. I do not advise people to seek help with mental health in the UK unfortunately for some of us it often makes you far worse
