Not sure about this place, they used to be really ethical when Andrew worked there, now I think they are a bit scammy, I don't think my wiper blades were problematic but they failed my MOT and charged a lot for replacing them. On the journey after a full service I encountered issues with spark plugs and it wasn't picked up, so don't know how accurate they are with their work. I've been recommended Acton Car Care who are quite good so far.

I Brought my BMW X1 2018 in for the Flywheel and clutch repair I was apprehensive at first as it was my first time using Mr Clutch. From start to finish customer service and the level of professionalism was impeccable. Spoke to really lovely gentleman on the phone received a really great ,affordable quote alot cheaper then BMW Dropped my car in and it was ready the next day I was very impressed on how quick the job was done as I was told from other garages and BMW its a really big job. As for my car wow , what a lovely smooth drive, the best it's ever drove to be honest I would highly recommend and yes I will be back for my regular service checks etc Thanks MR Clutch for my new car x

Been coming mostly here for forty years for MOTs and occasional repairs, and have stopped looking for garage services elsewhere. It's often disappointing when an MOT shows a faithful old car needs a repair, but it shouldn't be a surprise. They've always been well organised, professional, reliable and polite and have sometimes saved me cash with reconditioned parts where appropriate, which is nice of them. Thanks, all you guys, keep up the good work! Services: Air conditioning, Oil change, Exhaust, Tires, Air & cabin filter replacement, Brake service & repair, Wheel alignment

I had the pads and rear discs changed on my 66 plate BMW. I only used Mr Clutch as the brake pad warning light came on and I thought as its such a simple job, Ill get them done here as its nearby. I dont know what they did but when I collected the car and took onto the A40 it started to vibrate aggressively when decelerating, even when my foot was not on the brake pedal. This wasnt due to bedding in brakes etc. The car has been serviced at a BMW main dealer and or specialist all its life prior to this and it's always driven impeccably, been regularly serviced, driving on recommended tyres and well looked after etc etc. I immediately took it back to Mr Clutch Acton (causing me to miss a new business meeting in Oxford) and the older gentleman who seemed to be in charge agreed to take a look, but was very dismissive, and after checking it over just said its nothing to do with the brakes. There is a younger guy there who was great, very helpful and was willing to listen - but they failed to identify the cause after attempts - leaving me without a car for two days and caused severe inconvenience that impacted my work - the only thing the boss did, was to try and claim the car was misfiring and the driver's side rear wheel bearing was damaged. He claimed to be able to identify these apparent faults by ear only... Ive subsequently taken the car to a BMW specialist (Highams Park Motors) who have informed me that there is no misfire or issue with the bearings, nor is there any issues with the suspension or anything else etc. They said that when the brakes were fitted, the required level of preparation probably wasn't carried out, and that led to the vibrations. All I know is my car drove perfectly when I took it into Mr Clutch, but when I picked it up the next day this vibrating issue suddenly happened. Its no coincidence. It was a very inconvenient episode that cost me time, money and caused no small amount of stress. Cliff at Mr Clutch customer services was fantastic, he actually listened to me and took the time to investigate what happened. Although it's still inconclusive as to how they caused the issue, he arranged a partial refund, which I have accepted. Service: Brakes
