As a Landlord, it is important to find a reliable agent who is honest and transparent. Fairdeal Properties have managed my property for almost 7 years! I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Whenever any issues came up, the team were on it and got results. I was happy and so were the tenants. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

After 1 month of paperwork and referencing they come up with new reasons to delay. We paid the deposit and 1st month rent as they asked after all the references were approved, the contract was signed and then they say that the property needs gas, electricity certificate and the landlord is acting funny. They postponed our moving date by a week and then closer to time again asked for another 2 weeks before they could deliver. They spent too much time on checking if we could pay our rent but forgot to do what they should have. They left us in a situation of being homeless. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate, didnt even try to get us another property because,THEY ARE NOT LIKE OTHER ESTATE AGENTs. Rohan says this to everyone I guess but we didnt know that this is what he meant when he was saying that. Just a suggestion to everyone please do not rely on them and keep your house hunt going until you have moved into a property they have advertised as its very simple for them to just call and say hey sorry we cannot move forward with this deal. They had the audacity to say we will refund you your money without deducting our operating expenses. Protect yourself from being in a homeless situation like we were in.
