It is ridiculous to just leave equipment broken for months on end. The bench press (of which there is only one) has been broken since the new year (4 months now) and likely will not be fixed for another 6. Other equipment is also fraying or breaking down. Surely, if your supplier cannot supply you can source from a 3rd party. This is insulting to both the membership and the PT's who have also demanded the equipment be fixed. I hear the management has time to call meetings on gender neutral toilet use, but has no time to put workout equipment in a GYM!? Regardless, there should not just be 1 bench in a large gym. How can you raise membership prices and PT rent with inflation but not be bothered to fix equipment and support your hardworking staff and membership that pay for your business model? If there was a rival in the immediate area, the gym would be finished. Puregym Head office should be ashamed of itself.

There is only one bench press which is broken for the past 2 months. Another machine got broken couple weeks ago and I should say I am really disappointed in the maintenance of the equipment. That made me cancel my membership with pure gym and upgrade to a proper gym.
