Update: I've been sending emails about the issue that I have with ordering a repeat prescription via the app which I can't because they've decided to disable it or delete it and they are not even replying. It would have been helpful if you would atleast reply and tell me what's going on rather than just ignoring people asking you for help. I'm not so sure what is happening but they suddenly stopped allowing patients to request repeat prescriptions via Echo which was very convenient. So I sent emails requesting my usual medication, Zumenon, which I received no reply but a request for a blood test for a different medication, Spiro. I went to Boots app as I requested my medication there and found out that my request for the meds I need was deleted without any explanation. Then I got a texts saying that my record is now linked to some application that I've never heard of or received any instructions on how to use. I don't understand this process and the lack of communications and why remove what was working for your patients in getting their meds...... it would have been great if you would reply and explain so I understand rather than just sending me all these texts and requests to make a blood test appt for a medication I did not specifically ask for and some obscure application.

They dont care about female healthcare here. Any other problem would be promptly seen to, but for 13 years no one cared about finding out why I was experiencing severe period pain. Was routinely told youll just grow out of it and dismissed over and over despite scans that I had to argue for finding evidence of endometriosis. Was once even asked by a GP what do I expect them to do about it? Yet within two months of swapping to a new surgery, Ive been diagnosed with endometriosis and shown more care and compassion than I did in the whole 13 years at Mill Hill Surgery. This is not a funding or austerity issue, this went on for over a decade and did an absolute number on my mental health. Its incredibly disappointing to think how many GP appointments I wasted, and that if someone had listened to me years ago when my symptoms werent as bad, I wouldnt have experienced years of increasingly unbearable pain. Women deserve better than this.

Poor service. Supposed to be a GP but doesnt seem like they care. Just spent 16 minutes trying to get through to them but no answer. There are never any appointments available. This poor service puts me off trying to make appointments.
