I'm not so sure what is happening but they suddenly stopped allowing patients to request repeat prescriptions via Echo which was very convenient. So I sent emails requesting my usual medication, Zumenon, which I received no reply but a request for a blood test for a different medication, Spiro. I went to Boots app as I requested my medication there and found out that my request for the meds I need was deleted without any explanation. Then I got a texts saying that my record is now linked to some application that I've never heard of or received any instructions on how to use. I don't understand this process and the lack of communications and why remove what was working for your patients in getting their meds...... it would have been great if you would reply and explain so I understand rather than just sending me all these texts and requests to make a blood test appt for a medication I did not specifically ask for and some obscure application.

This is not a funding or austerity issue, this went on for over a decade and did an absolute number on my mental health. Its incredibly disappointing to think how many GP appointments I wasted, and that if someone had listened to me years ago when my symptoms werent as bad, I wouldnt have experienced years of increasingly unbearable pain. Women deserve better than this.
