They only give an appointment if you call 8 AM and wait on the phone for 30 minutes! Horrible treatment by receptionists and total chaos! They should be forced by the government to give appointments for a week or two in advance! I am really frustrated with the laziness and chaos these surgeries are operating within since the pandemic that was an excuse for everyone to go astray! You have to call early morning over few days or weeks to get an appointment, registration of a new patient takes two weeks!!! For a face to face you have to have a battle and it is really painful!

Fantastic surgery with wonderful, caring staff. Have been going for the last 16 years. Dr Mirza is particularly good as is Dr Tailor. The reception staff are lovely too. Don't know where the negative comments are coming from! Would highly recommend it.

I understand the surgery is overloaded with the amount of patients, perhaps 1-2 more surgeries should be opened in the area to have a fair share. And I acknowledge that the surgery itself cant do anything about this but seeing so many negative comments about the reception team and nothing has changed.. Ive been with them for 2 years, so not too long however theyre just rude, unfriendly and unapproachable. Ive been very unwell recently and my doctor told me to give the Surgery a call back regardless the time and the receptionist simply told me to call back at 8am. No emotions, no empathy. Im working 7-7 everyday. I dont know who picked up the call just now but they made me feel like I was asking for a favour to speak to my doctor. If youre unhappy at your work, you should just leave because youre making people feel utterly miserable for asking for the service they deserve. Im in hospitality myself and my heart could not bare to speak to someone the way they do in the surgery. People call you when theyre panicked, in pain, in need to assistance, trusting you. You ought to show sympathy and empathy.
