I asked for a refund or a solution for my cut to size MDF pieces that were off and completely inaccurate. Cuts were so off that (Up to 6 mm's) it didn't allow me to finish my project. The guy at at the reception didn't like this request, didn't want to help resolve the issue and immediately decided to be overly aggressive and shout his lungs at me over the phone and hung up the phone twice to both of my calls before I even had the opportunity to try and explore a middle ground or hear his counter advice.
I have even been blamed by this gentleman that I might have planed the pieces down to modify the dimensions of the pieces and now seeking a refund. :)
My phone was on loudspeaker and both my wife and I are now extremely uncomfortable with how we have just been treated by this gentleman. It was actually scary and worrying considering how aggressive and loud he has become in a matter of seconds.
They (or at least him shall I say) have absolutely no interest in doing a customer services, doesn't matter if you are a returning customers or had just spent loads of money with them.
Never ever experienced anything this level and never encountered such an arrogant and aggressive businessperson. This incident will definitely be reported today for unfair trading and how they treat their customer.
I do not recommend doing business with them. Completely unpleasant experience.
