I've had my wallbed/sofa combo for four years and absolutely love it. It's saved so much space in my studio flat and the extra storage in the sofa makes a big difference. It's really comfortable and my nephew thinks it's like a James Bond bed!

We made an appointment but the owner forgot, notwithstanding we made it clear we had a two hour journey. The owner was supercilious and arrogant, failing to apologise. Obviously we walked straight out. Customer service there aint.

No-nonsense owner can be a bit abrasive, but he and his colleagues run a solid business offering real solutions you can't get on Amazon.

Excellent service from start to finish even during Covid. They do bespoke, made to measure wallbeds. James is excellent in helping you with choosing and designing the model to meet your needs. It took only 6 weeks to have it delivered and two full days for fitting it. The two guys who came to fit it, did a very clean and good job and were really good with on site small changes to adjust to your requirements and with the finishing touch. The wallbed looks really solid, elegant and it is made of really good materials. The mattress is good too, not thin and you would not think it is part of a wallbed. I finally have a whole room back to use with no compromise on the bed quality when it needs to be used. I am really satisfied!
