I'm waiting now within the barber in Acton. I had booked my appointment online at 4.40 and paid for it as well. Once arrived, the barber told me they were doing only walk-in service due to shortage of staff, so I have to wait 45 minutes. I asked if I could come back another day with a proof that their services hadn't been offered on today, but it wasn't possible. Very unprofessional service, this will be my last time here. Shame as the previous two times I found a good service.

I wanted to share my recent experience at Aziz Hair/Barber Place and provide feedback on the service provided. While local businesses are essential to our community, good customer service should be a top priority. Unfortunately, my recent visit to this barbershop was unsatisfactory. As a customer, I expect good service, particularly when it comes to services provided for my children. However, I was disappointed when my concerns were dismissed, and no action was taken to address the situation. This type of behavior is unacceptable and may result in me seeking services As a community, we should continue to hold our local businesses to a high standard of customer service. When businesses fall short of these expectations, it's important to provide feedback and seek alternatives.
