        Easily the loveliest and most friendly place we have stayed whilst being in the UK. The lovely Owner Johnny and his wife. Donna are very kind people and lovely to have a conversation with in a couple of beers. All the local people who come and go we are just very welcoming. Especially Max, hes a real character. The meals were just absolutely outstanding, breakfast was just what we needed and the rooms are very comfortable very clean and very quiet. funny so the front was just a little bit there what a lovely house Rogers

        Booked lunch for four on mother's day. Choice of set menus but something to suit most people. Staff were friendly and helpful despite being fully booked and very busy. The food was absolutely first rate. I had possibly the best pork I have ever tasted and the beef too was delicious. Veg was excellent and the portions of everything were decent. It certainly will not be the last time we visit. My thanks to the whole team. Keep it up. Alastair Norman. Food & drinks: First rate.
