Excellent service and can manage all my info online! The UK's original and only charity for Medical IDs, providing peace of mind and saving lives in an emergency, for members as well as communities who need these services through their charitable activities. In partnership with the NHS and emergency services, for those with allergies or medical conditions, MedicAlert membership is a MUST.

Been with them for years, but never had any correspondence from them to advise me on when my membership was due, now all my details and membership number have been deleted even though its not my fault. I now have 2 medic alert bracelets which I cant use due to having a membership number which now does not exist nor can it be re used. After a phone call I have to re join and get new bracelets as its my fault I didnt renew my membership. How am I supposed to do this when A.) they dont send me any correspondence advising me when membership is due, and B.) when I work for the nhs and work long days they are not open when I get home from work, and I dont have a good phone signal etc at work to call. Therefore not my fault. BUT they say it is. Lets see how they react with back media coverage! One customer lost! Stay well away! Get an NFC chip instead people.
