Sopley Cottages

Just stayed for one month in THE STUDY, Sopley Cottages A wonderful location for exploring the New Forest, Studland Peninsula, Christchurch and more. Juliet Manners and her team could not have been more helpful during our stay. The conservatory on The Study is a particularly nice space to relax in. One slight change I would suggest if catering for longer stays is to provide more freezer space. For short stays the small fridge with freezer compartment is no doubt adequate. The underfloor heating was efficient and the cottage was cleaned to a high standard. The bed had a good quality mattress which was very much appreciated! The two donkeys in the field opposite were a source of delight to watch and the setting of Sopley Cottages is QUIET which we valued very much. Thank you for a great January stay.

Cancelled our bookings of all 3 cottages we have had booked for over 12 months for our wedding. Reason being "they don't make enough money on short stays". Very unprofessional not to honour an existing booking. we booked these as we are getting married at a venue within walking distance. Would not recommend, if you book, don't trust it will be honoured. If you're getting married at the Mill, look elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars I would.
