Carolyn valued the contents of my Mothers flat last week. I was really impressed by the way she clearly explained how she worked and what expectations to have both prior to her visit and once she was at the property prior to valuing. Her professionalism and empathy made what is a very difficult part of beginning to let go of family items as smooth a passage as one could hope for.
