        Handed in my dinner suit and dress shirt for dry cleaning that used for an event. it was only the second time i had used this shirt and they had left a small mark previously and so I asked them to get that out at the same time. No problem. came to collect and the whole shirt was stained they said they would fix it . came back stains still visible. The lady the told me it was covered in red wine and chardonnay. Where she got that rubbish from is beyond me as I left the function with a large group and everyone said there was not a mark on me. why was this not brought up when I dropped it off, I think they have either mistaken mine with another or they are lying . so both times I have used them they have damaged my clothes
