You employed excellent tradesmen in all areas, but particularly the bricklaying and roofing guys were fantastic. The build was carried out exactly in line with the architects drawings and there were no serious problems at any time during the construction. James is a conscientious builder whose work for us has been of outstanding quality. From our first interactions with him to the last he has been engaged, right on top of the project and determined to ensure it comes to fruition. His quote was more open and detailed than any other we received, which was very reassuring and allowed for sensible conversations and queries. His pricing was more than competitive too, far better value than some other quotes we received. He has resolved and overcome all issues with the build in a calm and measured way. Perhaps most importantly of all, he has been a pleasure to have in our house during a complicated extension and reconfiguration of a Victorian property. Highly recommended.
