Jamie came into our leadership team at a point of quite a lot of change in personnel and a mid-covid landscape. This meant that his ability to fast-track our team through the formation stage and build resilience and agility was invaluable. The group sessions and 1:1 coaching gave us newfound structure, trust, and energy during the program, but most importantly an awareness of the team and individual capacity levels and the ability to effectively communicate about it. Personally, the segmentation of space to reflect and focus on getting thoughts, and routes ahead in order with such a calm and knowledgeable coach has been invaluable. I'd recommend Jamie and Fitting Leadership to any senior leader/Team and I'm often super critical in this sense.
