Rebecca Hodson Acupuncture

I visited Rebecca whilst trying for our second child after previous fertility issues. The treatments were very relaxing (Im not a massive fan of needles) and informative. After 4 sessions I fell pregnant and I wholeheartedly put it down to the treatments I received. I will be revisiting Rebecca during the final weeks of pregnancy to help with my labour prep. I highly recommend!

I had excellent and very effective treatment. The room is quiet and restful and the whole experience was very therapeutic. But most importantly, Rebecca understood the problem and my symptoms significantly improved. I will be continuing with this. Highly recommended.

I visited Rebecca because even after several courses of antibiotics from my GP, my acne remained troublesome with scarring and pain. Rebecca has a calming presence and viewed me as a patient holistically, not confining discussion to my skin. She took time to understand and was reassuring about my problems as they were psychologically challenging. We discussed different issues with digestion and sleep from which she prescribed Chinese herbal medicine to aid my recovery. Within a few days, I noticed changes with my acne, which was immediately encouraging. Rebecca continued to schedule follow ups to tweak and refine the prescription to optimise it for my needs throughout my treatment. Its hard to find a health practitioner that listens and responds to your concerns, I am very grateful to have found one.

I originally visited Rebecca for menopausal symptoms that were negatively affecting my daily living. they presented in the form of sleeplessness, hot flushes and palpitations. They were uncomfortable and embarrassing especially in meetings. I had tried HRT but felt that there must be another way of keeping these symptoms naturally under control. I was also suffering with bad sinusitis and being offered very strong antibiotics from my doctor as the only cure. My first visit, Rebecca took the time to listen to exactly what was happening in my life, calmly and without judgment. She was genuinely concerned. The most reassuring thing to me was her certainty that acupuncture could and would help me. Rebecca clearly explained what her plan was and what results I should expect. Her treatment room is comfortable, serene and quiet. I noticed within the first two sessions that the acupuncture was making a difference and that the flushes were subsiding and the sinusitis was definitely getting better. Within a month my hot flushes became less intense and less frequent and after regular sessions have practically gone. I am now sleeping through the night. My energy and productivity levels have dramatically increased. My sinusitis has also gone and showing no signs of returning. I cannot recommend Rebecca enough and I will for sure be keeping my balance in check with once monthly sessions.
