We needed a new combi boiler and, being relatively new to the area, had no knowledge of local heating engineers. Jazz was recommended to us by someone that had known him for a while and it couldn't have worked out better. His knowledge and passion for heating systems was instantly apparent and he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The installation was prompt, clean and he has continued to liaise with us to ensure that the timing and temperature adjustments we make are as economic as possible. We will continue to use him for annual services and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Excellent service, Jazz helped install my boiler and water tank, Ive had plumbers try to balance my system in the past but all failed, Jazz not only a great plumber but mathematically calculated how to balance my system fine tuning and installed a radiator into my kids playroom, perfect size for the room. I was recommended Hydro Heat Ltd by some professional contractors. I needed a new boiler installing as mine was 23 years old. Jazz came to my house at the agreed time for a consultation. Advice was given to what type of system was needed as well as technical advice of how new systems work and how much energy the modern boilers achieve.There was a few problems from when the old boiler was installed. Naturally, overtime, pumps and pipes were leaking. New electrics had to be updated due to regulations. (They have their own contractors for this which they have worked with for years, so are trusted).This was all sorted without any problems, with only a slight increase from the original quotation. Working environment was spotless.Clean as you go policy. A very smooth transaction plus a ten year guarantee. Cant go wrong. Very happy customer. 5 star service and communication. Thank you.
