        Go in to collect my prescription, to be told its not in until 11, so to come back after then for it. Arrive back at 12.30 to be told they have to much to go through and have to serve everyone else before they can look. But I was a customer that needed serving. Collecting essential medicine for an elderly daily member and told to come back at 4 even though we don't live locally enough to be able to. Same situation 2 weeks on the trot becoming a joke up there
