        This was our cat's first time in a cattery and he couldn't have been in better hands. The communication from start to finish was excellent, and the team was super friendly and helpful and gave us updates whilst we were away. We'd definitely recommend them and will be using them again!

        I had a great experience with Portway Cattery when I took my long haired girl in for a de-mat this week. My partner and I tried everything at home to remove her mats with grooming tools, but with no success. I have no idea how she managed it, but Carol managed to get all the trickiest mats off and for a very reasonable price. Ive already noticed a difference in my cat. She seems happier being petted now, and I am sure this is thanks to her being far more comfortable without those horrible mats. Highly recommend.
