I have used this lovely independent jewelers many times over the years for repairs of very precious personal items. The team is extremely professional, helpful and kind. I have left my own engagement ring there and also my late mother's wedding ring. They have earned my trust and always do an amazing job with care, respect and love shown to every item. Can't recommend highly enough. Your precious items are in safe hands and the work is excellent, swift and very reasonable.

Do not use this lady I took a ring in to be resized waited weeks for it to ready after being told it would be ready in a week. When I eventually got it back and got it home it was evident that the stone in it had cracked under heat. I was not informed of this it was glued back together and cracks could clearly been seen. I was charged for this and no apology offered
