Our prints were just wonderful! High quality London themed wall print/illustrations with character and flair! However its a such shame that one print had unfortunately arrived damaged and despite the shop owner initially offering to send a replacement print they never did. I had also emailed twice but never received a reply thereafter. With reply to the shop owners response: we sent emails on the 28th March and 19th April, neither of which were responded to. If our emails had been automatically sent into the junk/spam folder then it would have been useful to have just been informed when/if you had sent a replacement image. Perhaps then there would have been no crossed wires or misunderstandings. We understand items can get lost in the post but with this situation, it was just a lack of communication (and perhaps crossed wires) which has impacted our experience. Despite this one very small issue, we would like to thank you again as your other illustrations were of a very high standard!! We are extremely pleased with your products and they look absolutely beautiful in our frames! Thank you for our refund for the one print as well.
